1.2 Bugfix - no vignette option

In this release

- Optionally turn off the vignette since it can be irritating due to how it flickers, and it has some performance cost so it can be nice for slower machines

- Death now fades to darkness and then fades back in, much less abrupt

- Improved performance for drawing background tiles by using one polygon instead of hundreds, for the main background image (found it not worth it to try to come up with optimized polygons for other tiles generally, unless I spend a lot of time on the algorithm, or precalculate)
